Problem solved

Alex and I have just got back from the hall after filming ourselves using the lights, varying the speed of the strobe light, from that we have tested the videos on both the media computer and a laptop, the quality is poor on the media computer like earlier on with the other footage, now that we know that the lighting did not affect the cameras and  the problem is just the graphics on the computer we can still use the footage we filmed today.
